Privacy screen for double wire fences

A double wire fence is sturdy, affordable and quick to install – but it offers no privacy. If you are looking for a privacy screen for your double wire fence, there are essentially three options: plant a hedge (takes years and constant care), mount privacy panels or mats in front of the fence (extra posts, high wind load, expensive) – or weave privacy screen strips directly into the double wire mesh panels. How privacy screen strips for double wire mesh panels work
The strips are woven horizontally through the vertical wires of the panel – row by row, until the fence panel is opaque. At 19 cm high they fit exactly into the standard grid (200 × 50 mm) of common double wire mesh panels. A mounting clip at the end of each strip keeps everything in place, even in wind. The result is a closed privacy screen for wire mesh panels that looks like a continuous surface from the outside – and can be removed again at any time.

Plain or textured – every design comes in anthracite and other RAL fence colours, from green to light grey, so the strip blends into the fence:
